All correspondence’s in respect of Tours / Travel / Taxi & Cab Services and bookings should be addressed to SRG Holidays Pvt Ltd.
1. Payment Conditions :
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
The deposit amount will be applied to the total cost of the package.
Balance payment is to be made 10 days prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 10 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation Policy :
When a tour is cancelled more than 30 days in advance, there is a full refund less a 10% handling charge. A refund of 50% of the total package fee will be given between 29 and 15 days prior to the commencement date of the tour. If the tour starts fewer than 15 days out, there won’t be a refund.Early departure or no-show: There will be no reimbursement. SRG Vacations Pvt Ltd Cancellation. SRG Holidays Pvt Ltd shall furnish a complete refund or propose a substitute tour in the unlikely event that the tour must be canceled owing to unforeseeable events (such as strikes, natural disasters, or political unrest). It is recommended that customers get travel insurance to offset these unforeseen expenses.
3. Photo ID Requirement :
A valid government-issued picture ID, such as an Aadhar card, passport, or driver’s license, is required for all customers to produce at the time of booking, check-in, and whenever needed throughout the tour.Foreign nationals are required to always possess a valid passport and visa.Verification of ID.The name on the booking and the photo ID must match. Denial of service may occur if matching ID is not provided.

Itinerary Changes :
- The itinerary provided at the time of booking is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or operational issues.
- SRG Holidays Pvt Ltd reserves the right to alter or cancel any aspect of the itinerary without prior notice. Alternate arrangements will be made to the best of our ability, but no refunds will be provided for any unused services.
Force Majeure:
- In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, war, civil unrest), SRG Holidays Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the customer.
5. Mode of Payment :
Clients can make payment using any of the following methods:-
- By Cheque / Demand Draft
- By Bank Transfer
- By QR Code
- By UPI
6. Booking Confirmation :
Confirmation Process:
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and issuance of a confirmation email from SRG Holidays Pvt Ltd.
- Any special requests or changes to the booking must be communicated in writing and are subject to availability and additional charges.
